At Corveon, we work hard to process and deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information when available.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

We deliver orders across Pakistan through PostEx.

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other circumstances. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or other unexpected situations.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Corveon may also offer free shipping or special shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Lost Orders

We work with PostEx to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. However, Corveon is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed or you have an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct before placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the package and item. We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
